If you plan to sit for the Series 6 exam on or after December 16, 2013, make sure that preparation materials/texts that you are using have incorporated the new subjects and emphasis of the revised FINRA Series 6 Study Guide. Don't use old materials that don't reflect FINRA's changes. The Series 6 exam will change on December 16, 2013. It is up to you to get new revised study materials.
Bob Eder will be coming out with his new book, Study for the Series 6 Exam, in the first quarter of 2013. The book is based on the new Series 6 Study Guide.
